What it calculates

The “REVEAL Risk Score” calculator computes REVEAL 2.0 score from 14 parameters: pah etiology (0 = ipah/other, 1 = ctd, 2 = heritable, 3 = portopulmonary), male older than 60 years (1 = yes), egfr < 60 ml/min/1.73 m² (1 = yes), functional class (who/nyha), hospitalization in the past 6 months (1 = yes), systolic bp (mmHg), heart rate (bpm), 6-minute walk distance (m), peptide (0 = bnp, 1 = nt-probnp), bnp / nt-probnp level (pg/mL), pericardial effusion (1 = yes), dlco < 40% predicted (1 = yes), mean right atrial pressure > 20 mmhg (1 = yes), pvr < 5 wood units (1 = yes).

How is BMI calculated?
BMI = weight (kg) / height (m)². Example: 70 kg / (1.75 m)² = 22.9. The WHO normal range is 18.5–24.9; below that is underweight, 25–29.9 is overweight, and 30+ is obese.
Is BMI accurate for everyone?

What is a better measure than BMI?
Body fat percentage, waist-to-height ratio (aim for under 0.5), and waist circumference give a clearer picture of health than BMI alone.
